I engaged with RBO in September 2024. I was told they would audit YTD and move forward with ongoing bookkeeping. I was also told they, by policy, would meet with us monthly to discuss our financials. First, they deleted all of the records we had YTD in Xero.

As I get ready to make payments to our SEP I noticed the “Owners Draw” is at least double what it should be. Because they couldn’t figure out 2 deposits in the business bank account (how a deposit into a non-owner account is an owners draw is beyond me).
